Our girl got married! 🥰🥰🥰
There are SO MANY things I love about my job but one of my favorite parts is being involved in the design and pre- construction phase of our new condo developments. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I love walking the raw space. I love meeting with architects and interior designers. I love working with our clients to pick out bathroom fixtures and kitchen appliances and hardware and finishes from top to bottom. So much time and attention and care goes into each development and I love pouring my soul into every building I work on! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ When I get to share my love and enthusiasm with each buyer that comes through the door - It just makes the sales process that much more rewarding! ⁣⁣ ⁣ Today we put our final stamp of approval on the finishes for our new projects at 66 Steuben & 1484 DeKalb and they are SICK!! Incredible layouts, gorgeous finishes, high ceilings and all residences enjoy private roof cabanas or backyards. ⁣ ⁣ Sales won’t launch until the Spring 2020, but we will certainly be keeping ourselves busy until then! 💪💪 @ryanserhant @serhant_team @bornagainchristian @ovadiadesigngroup @duke_properties
Had the best time #fallinginlanglais ❤️💜💙
My Popeye 😍
HAPPY HALLOWEEN! 👻 🎃⁣⁣ ⁣ I can’t believe that tomorrow is November! Before we get into the countdown of the final days of the DECADE... I am reflecting on how INSANE this month was. ⁣⁣ ⁣ I feel like all anyone can talk about is how bad the market is. It is SO EASY to get frustrated and down in a market where you have to fight with every fiber in your being for every single deal. I wish I could say that I am always optimistic and happy and sure that everything is going to work out, but the reality is, that’s not always the case. Sometimes I need to step back and remember that I can only do what is in my control, which is to work harder and longer and smarter. As @ryanserhant says “take care of the work and the work will take care of you.” ⁣⁣ ⁣ So while this year has been difficult, I am going to take a minute to be SUPER appreciative of how amazing October was...⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🎃 Launched & Fully Leased 785 Hart Street. Completely shattered Bushwick rental records & achieved above ask rents for both units.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 👻 Fully Leased 227 East 67th St and had bidding wars on both the PH & Maisonette residences.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🎩 Signed SEVEN new contracts at Austin Nichols House at 184 Kent Avenue.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🍬 Finalized finishes on three new condo projects: 66 Steuben (Clinton Hill), 1484 Dekalb (Bushwick) & 120 Java (Greenpoint).⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 💥 Signed up $85M in NEW condo inventory.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ So far this year I have CLOSED 96 transactions. NINETY-SIX. More deals than I have ever done in one year and I am so excited about this!!! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But, there are still 60 days left IN THE DECADE and it is not time to slow down now!!! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ What goals do you hope to achieve before the end of 2019?
Thank you for being the absolute best. 🖤For understanding every time that I work late, for never rushing me off of a call, for knowing that working weekends is a non-negotiable, for letting me talk about real estate all.of.the.time and for everything else, every single day. You are my motivation and I love you 🥰 #MDLNY8 #ryanserhantwickedbash @serhant_team @smirnoffus @wexlerandkaufman
Over the freaking 🌙excited !!!!!! This is 785 Hart Street. I met the developers of this project back in 2015 when I was representing a rental on the UES and I have been following up with them ever since. ⁣ ⁣ About a year ago they reached out to me to come check out a small rental building they were building in Bushwick; it was the first time I was ever visiting the neighborhood. I knew absolutely nothing about it but I knew I wanted to be part of this building. ⁣ ⁣ When the building was FINALLY ready 30 days ago, we made the intentional decision to price the units as the most expensive 3 bedrooms rentals in Bushwick. The product is unlike anything this neighborhood has seen and we wanted to STAND OUT. ⁣ ⁣ After personally reaching out to over 400 brokers. Every single broker with a rental listing on the market in every Brooklyn neighborhood. The feedback I kept getting was that we were overpriced.⁣ ⁣ BELIEVE IN YOUR PRODUCT!!! Because, SURPRISE. Not only did we get them BOTH rented within two weeks of going on the market. We had multiple bidding wars on AND WENT OVER ASK 🤩⁣ ⁣ This is why I LOVE my job and NYC Real Estate!!! Every day is different, on every project I learn something new, and sometimes I just get to BREAK SOME RECORDS 💪👏🎉 @serhant_team

Thank you @vicsquire for showing me around your beautiful city 💚💜 🧡
In four, far too short years, Babson forced me to get comfortable living outside of my comfort zone. I was able to make friends across the world who open my eyes to languages, cultures and religions I never knew about. I was encouraged to fail and succeed over and over again while growing my first business and through different leadership roles. I was inspired to travel the world and create a travel blog while I lived and worked in five different cities over 4 continents. Some days I felt intimidated by the competition, most days I was not the smartest person in the room, and more often than not, I didn’t know what the hell I was doing. But I said yes to every opportunity that came my way, I listened to everybody who was willing to share their ideas with me, I absorbed it all and never wanted to stop learning. Thank you Babson, for teaching me more than I ever thought I would learn in college and for introducing me to some of the most incredible people I have ever met. I only hope that you can continue to inspire even more young entrepreneurs over the next 100 years #ThisIsMyBabson

Had the best time celebrating the beautiful newlyweds! #JustLarried2019
It was a love that we didn’t know the true power of that brought us to each other. Four women from different corners of the country and a sisterhood that tied us all together. We’ve been through the best and the worst of times together, but this day was the most incredible of them all. @madisonleecales it was an honor to stand by your side on your wedding day, and I will be right next to you for every day that is to come. 💕
The most perfect weekend celebrating the new Mr. & Mrs. Cales 🍾

1 Team, 16 Months & $120,000,000 later ... still selling with the same excitement and love for this building as Day 1 💪🥰
THIS TEAM 🤩🎉😍💪 @ryanserhant @bornagainchristian @michaelbethoney @morgancatron_ ・・・ Guess what? My team has done $117,783,975 in sales here wow 😱 This is the Austin Nichols House at 184 Kent Ave in Williamsburg. We just sent out our 10th contract in the last 15 days. That’s on top of the 78 homes we’ve already sold here in the last year. To celebrate, I made Bianca, Christian, and Mike pose awkwardly with me in the lobby. My team LOVES me 🥳
