A magical sunset to celebrate our $10M week 🌅 @austinnicholshouse @serhant_team @ryanserhant @bornagainchristian @morgancatron_ @michaelbethoney
Big day today!!! My very own commitment letter 🥳 In just a few short weeks I will be a homeowner 🎉 Watch out 2019, I am making moves 💪
2018 was filled with tons of highs and lows for me with more challenges and more successes than I could have predicted but if there was one way I could describe 2018 it would be as my record breaking year. What this past year allowed me to reaffirm is how important my family is to me, how much I depends on my friends, and how much I love my job. This year was my first FULL YEAR on @serhant_team , and it was my best year yet hitting right under $70M in sales for the year. 😃 I remember meeting with @ryanserhant last December and setting my goals for 2018, I left the room terrified and excited. Excited for what the year ahead would bring and terrified what would happen if I did not live up to the goals I had set. With motivation and hard work on my side and the market against us all, I knew that I would have to work harder than ever. I am humbled and incredibly appreciative and proud that I had the opportunity to work on: 🤩 868 Lorimer on the Park SOLD OUT 🥳The Lorimer at 537 Lorimer SOLD OUT in 3 weeks 🥰Austin Nichols House at 184 Kent Avenue, ranked the #8 Top Selling Building in NYC 😘550 Vanderbilt, the first large New Development project I had the opportunity to work on 😃336 East 54th Street FULLY LEASED In addition to working with buyers, sellers, renters and landlords. In 2018, I had the chance to work on an incredible 89 transactions. Some were easier than others and some felt impossibly difficult but I learned something new from every single one. I set the bar even higher for 2019 and I could not be more excited 💪 So going into the first FULL week of January, I hope you all take the time to think back on what you were proud of last year and capture what is going to give you the motivation to make 2019 your BEST YEAR YET. 🎉🎉
Highlight of the trip = showering in the Iguazu Falls
5 years ago 20 strangers traveled from all different parts of the world to study at a big university in a very small country. 🌎 We’ve all come a long way from camping on tarps under the New Zealand stars and drinking boxed wine 🍷 To this day it still amazes me how close we became in 6 months and like no time has past, this weekend was incredible! Chris and Nicole, congratulations on your special day, it was such an honor to be able to share in it with you ❤️
Happy birthday my love ❤️ Here’s to the best one yet! 🥂
Every day I wake up loving what I do. It’s not just about the incredible homes I get to sell or constantly being able to get creative and make deals happen. It is about the people. The clients I get to work with and for tirelessly to make the magic happen. I met Craig and Susie two years ago for the first time when they were moving into their new NYC home. They were flying in from California and landed at midnight. I didn’t want to just leave their keys with the doorman; I wanted to be the first person to greet them and welcome them home. I remember leaving a family event in New Jersey on a Friday night to meet them at 1am and spent an hour with them to make sure the wifi, cable and everything else was working perfectly. They love reminding me of that story. I never thought much of it until they told me again last night that this is the reason that they will never work with another broker again. 2 years and 3 new apartments later, our business relationship has evolved into an incredibly beautiful friendship. ❤️
1️⃣8️⃣4️⃣ KENT TEAM 💯
Could not be more IN LOVE with this new building🤩😍🤩 Every residence is so unique, the finishes are AMAZING, monthlies are incredibly low and you are right in the center of PRIME Williamsburg. Seriously, everyone needs to see The Lorimer at 537 Lorimer Street, like today ‼️ @ryanserhant @bornagainchristian @morgancatron_ @serhant_team
#itsaricciardiparty ❤️❤️❤️
What an amazing night celebrating @ryanserhant and the @serhant_team. It is incredibly inspirational to work alongside such an impressive group of people. Constantly learning and being challenged to grow not only my business, but as a person makes being on this team truly something remarkable. Congratulations Ryan to 10 years in business, 7 seasons of #MDLNY and on your 1st book! 🥂💪🔥 #tensevenone #serhantteam #readysetgo
3 years later and you are still my rock😍 I am grateful for you everyday. I love you, happy anniversary @antgrillo5 #TBT
